There are several BGU systems you can login to with your IT credentials. Your password is always the same, regardless of the system you are trying to access, but the way you enter your username varies between systems. The table below lists the main systems and which username you should use:

|Wi-Fi||Full BGU email address|
If you follow the guidelines above and still have problems accessing a system contact the IT Helpdesk at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 01522 583666.
Alternatively, you can change your password at https://helpdesk.bishopg.ac.uk:8443. You will need to register in advance to use this service for which you need to provide your username, password and the answers to three security questions. Once you've done this, if you need to reset your password in future you need only go to the site, click on 'Reset Password' or 'Unlock Account', and answer the security questions.
