Not generally.  Our Storysacks are for reference because:

a) We like you to be able to compare and contrast the different ones we have 
b) It can be fun to make your own
c) They can be expensive to replace when items go astray. 

We have lots of other similar resources that are available to borrow, like puppet bags, finger puppets, and glove puppets.  We do sometimes allow Storysacks to be borrowed, but only in special circumstances and with the permission of the Teaching Resources Librarian.
