I can't get onto my library account or access library e-resources - what can I do?
Firstly, check you are using the correct username. For more about this see: https://askus.bishopg.ac.uk/faq/132160
If that doesn't work try the following:
- If you previously signed up to the University’s Password Reset Service, use this to reset your password at https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com. NB. Your 'user ID' is your full BGU email address.
- If you have not previously signed up to the University’s Password Reset Service sign-up at https://aka.ms/ssprsetup and you will be then be able to reset your password.
NB. If working on campus, you will also need to reset the WiFi (Eduroam) details on any mobile devices you have.
If, after resetting your password, you are still having difficulty logging in, try using a different browser (the one you routinely use may have cached your old password).
