What's the difference between WorldCat and LibGuides?

Answer

WorldCat is our library catalogue. It's like a mini search engine just for the resources held in our Library. It contains records for all of physical resources as well as electronic resources such as ebooks and journal articles, which in many cases can be accessed directly from the WorldCat screen.

LibGuides is our library website. It contains a huge amount of information like opening hours, borrowing entitlements, contact & support info, as well as links to key systems and subject guides.
