Why can’t I get into this e-book / why has this e-book thrown me out?
Answer
Probably because someone else is reading it. Ebooks are supplied under licence and sometimes these restrict the number of people that can access an ebook at once. If this is the case please try again later.
If you have an ebook open and do not take any action (e.g. turn a page) for 15 minutes you are likely to be logged out of the ebook automatically.
