Who do I contact if I'm having problems accessing online resources off campus?

Firstly, check you can login to the Portal from the BGU website (there's a link right at the bottom of the homepage). If you can’t, contact IT Services at helpdesk@bishopg.ac.uk.
If you can login to the Portal but you can’t access library e-resources, try re-setting your BGU password (see link below: What should I do if I forget the password to my library account?).
If this still doesn’t work try a different internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, IE) in case your normal browser hasn’t stored and is trying to use your old password.
