Have you entered your full email address and password? Your email address should be in the format <B******@student.bishopg.ac.uk> (if your student number contains a 0 it is a zero not a letter).
If this still doesn’t work it could be a problem with your password or your account - in this case contact the IT Helpdesk at helpdesk@bishopg.ac.uk.
